We market our properties on to all of the major Online travel agencies such as AirBnb, Vrbo and Homeaway, booking.com. We also leverage our brand Beach Weekend to garner direct bookings as well as advertising on Google. And after more than 15 years in the business we also utilize direct marketing to over 10,000 former and current travelers to our area.
Owners are paid via ACH every month with full access to an owner portal where you can track bookings, performance, and book owner stays.
We manage all the maintenance, cleanings, and general oversight of the property so you have nothing to worry about!
