Our family had such a wonderful stay at Bobby’s place! The location was absolutely everything—we were just a quick walk from both the pool and the ocean. We especially loved that there were showers and hoses along the walkway between the condo pool and the beach, which made rinsing off after a day in the sand so convenient. The pool area has two pools, including a large pool with plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy! When we arrived, we were also provided with a thoughtful starter pack of essentials like toilet paper, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, laundry detergent, and more. The condo is conveniently located near so many fun activities, including Wild Willy’s Adventure Park, the Gulfarium, the Okaloosa Island Boardwalk, and John Beasley Park—which we 10/10 recommend for one of the best beaches in the area! 🌊☀️ We also highly recommend taking a snorkel or dolphin tour out to Crab Island. Overall, our family absolutely loved this condo, especially for the location!

We had a wonderful 6-night stay! The condo was exactly as described—beautiful, very clean, comfortable, and well stocked. The beach towels were a thoughtful touch and came in very handy. We especially loved being in a quieter area of the complex. Being on the side gave us plenty of privacy, while still being just a short walk to both the pool and the beach. The ground-floor location was also perfect for our family, especially traveling with my 5-year-old, 7-year-old, and elderly mother. The only downside was that on our first day, someone took my Birkenstocks from the shoe area at the beach access. While this wasn’t the host’s fault, future guests may want to avoid leaving shoes or other belongings there. Overall, we had a great stay and would happily return!

We stayed 6 nights with our family and two kids. The beach was walkable and extremely close, and the beach service was the remarkable and such a value add. The condo was a corner unit and tucked away for a bit more privacy, while still being close to what matters. The place had all the amenities you would need to feel at home, and Bobby was a fantastic host and extremely responsive when we needed help. Would definitely stay again and would recommend this listing to anyone in need of a beach vacation!

Photos mislead us to think we were on the same side as the pool, it was like we were stuck on a corner.. Toilet seat extremely loose in 2nd bathroom which was a constant problem … The mattresses (especially bunk beds) need replaced… Unit was well equipped and nicely furnished for the most part…

We had a wonderful stay at Bobby’s condo. It was on the ground floor and around the corner of the building was the pool and beach! The price was great for the location and for the amenities provided. It was a bonus to have the starter packs of to, paper towels etc. Bobby was very responsive and super easy to work with. We would definitely stay here again!
