The master suite offers a king-size bed, walk-in closet, and private bathroom. Additional sleeping accommodations include a queen bedroom, a bunk room with two twin-over-full bunk beds, and a second full bathroom. A full-size washer and dryer add convenience for longer stays.

On the first floor, the partially finished garage has been transformed into a private guest retreat complete with a game room, queen-size sleeper sofa, separate queen bedroom, and full bathroom. Open the French doors to an inviting open-air patio furnished for relaxing evenings by the bay.

The house was great. Clean and spacious. Beautiful, convenient setting. Tons of rec equipment (BYO umbrellas but lots of everything else, incl good backpack beach chairs). Nice for walking sound shore or biking/walking the path. Gulf walk across is close. If you are coming during heavy rains, don't drive a low vehicle. The front half of the neighborhood flooded (different weekend than hurricane). All fine at house. Can park 3 cars wide in driveway or 3 cars deep in garage. Loads of extra towels and linens were provided. Starter supplies incl coffee/filters provided. Kitchen mostly well equipped w/ even extra coffee pot & frig (BYO mixer/Tupperware). Walmart delivers to the house. The neighbors were nice, with the exception of renters with unleashed dogs. Bobby helpfully contacted HOA. The maintenance man who was sent to deal with things was kind and professional. We had to evacuate for the hurricane and that was handled well. We plan to return.

We really enjoyed our stay! The house was nice, comfortable, and in a great location with lots of things to do nearby. There was also plenty to enjoy at the house itself, which made the stay even better. The only issue we noticed was that the back door needs some attention. It was a little difficult to use, but it was still usable during our stay. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely consider staying here again!

This place was great. They have everything you need to enjoy a beach stay. Very convenient to the Gulf and nearby restaurants and bars. Lots of bikes to use to get around. All amenities were perfect and the house was very clean and spacious. Will definitely stay here again.

This rental has great accommodations compared with nearby properties. The back of the house is peaceful with calm water—perfect for swimming and kayaking. Inside, the downstairs apartment provides plenty of space for people to spread out or find privacy. One small suggestion: the owner could refresh the exterior paint, as it looks a bit dated. Overall, our family enjoyed the stay. This property is ideal for a large family of up to eight.

We really enjoyed our stay here! We have three kids 6 and under and they LOVED the beach walk out. It was perfect for toddlers. Very private and peaceful. The water on the bay side is perfect for kids! We loved the location being right by the bridge and close to the Gulf Breeze zoo (another perfect thing for kids). The neighborhood was quiet and awesome. I recommend this place!
