Wonderful location. Walkable to several restaurants. The pool, hot tub, and beach were very accessible. The beach service was a plus. Pictures accurately show the place. When we had a small hiccup with our door code, they answered immediately and resolved the issue within seconds. Very responsive and dependable! We will be back!

Our family had an absolutely wonderful stay at Bobby’s condo. We arrived very late at night, but check-in was incredibly easy. The condo was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared, with plenty of extra blankets, a great coffee maker, and even a welcome gift that made us feel genuinely appreciated. The beach and water views were beautiful, and the pool is perfectly located between the condo and the beach. The private beach access is about as convenient as it gets, with great rinse-off stations for the sand. The elevators were quick, and the entire property felt peaceful and uncrowded. The location was perfect for our family. My wife, our young children, and I could walk to dinner, and there were plenty of restaurants, gas stations, and a Publix nearby. We often stay in Miramar, but Fort Walton was much quieter and more enjoyable. Bobby, thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us. We had no complaints whatsoever and would absolutely stay here again!

This condo is in a tucked away location and was as nice as pictured in the listing! Everything was clean and comfortable. The washer & dryer in unit was very convenient!!There were beach towels, plenty of towels for the restrain, and the kitchen was extremely stocked for anything we could eat! The king mattress was comfortable and the TV in the master was a nice touch for the kids and I to relax and watch a movie the days it rained. The only issue we had with our stay is that the unit did not cool below 76° so it became a little uncomfortable during the day. However, when I communicated this to Bobby he was apologetic and offered solutions and maintenance to come immediately! We were nearing the end of our stay so we did not think it was necessary but we’re thankful he was so willing to help! We would stay here again. 😊

Right on the beach with a large pool. Not a lot of people around. TVs in bedrooms and main room. Great view of the Gulf. Updated bathroom with good shower. Comfortable beds. Well supplied kitchen items. I would definitely stay there again.
