Access

Pelican Isle is undergoing property improvements this winter. From November 9, 2026 through January 14, 2027, balcony resurfacing and other improvement work will take place throughout the property. During this time, the pool and spa will be closed, and contractors and construction equipment will be present on the property. Guests may experience intermittent construction noise and activity during working hours, and balcony access may be temporarily limited while work is performed on individual balconies. We appreciate your understanding and patience as these improvements enhance and maintain Pelican Isle. We look forward to welcoming you!

This beautifully appointed 1-bedroom/2-bathroom condo features a fully stocked kitchen, breakfast bar, and dining area, providing everything needed for convenient meal preparation and dining. The living room offers direct Gulf views, access to a private balcony, and a queen-size sleeper sofa to accommodate additional guests. The primary bedroom includes a king-size bed and a private bathroom. Additional accommodations include twin-size hallway bunk beds and a second full bathroom. For added convenience, the unit also includes a full-size stackable washer and dryer.

Value for money. The location is awesome, and having easy access straight to the pool and beach boardwalk made things easier with the family. Having plenty of beach towels ready to go was a huge plus. Clean, comfortable place with everything we needed

Loved the place!! Peaceful and nice view of the ocean. We stayed from September 19-27. Wishes we could have stayed longer. Had all the amenities we needed. Towels for the beach and chairs and umbrella. The Host was very attentive. I would definitely stay again!!

This place is well appointed. Lots of towels. Bobby was very responsive. FYI the chairs are first come first serve, so as soon as you see them putting them up you’d better get there quick. Can’t wait to come back.

Great place to stay. Short walk to the beach. We had an issue with the ac and they were able to get it working promptly. The beach chairs aren’t always available and we found that you had to get out pretty early to get access. Most are reserved or others go down when they’re being set up to put their stuff on them to claim their spot. So if you want a front row seat on the beach wake up early and get your towels and things out there. But this isn’t really the hosts fault. Just wanted to mention that for others that expect the free beach chair setup. Other than that everything was great. The place was clean and nice and they had a nice gift pack and free coffee coupons to their coffee shop. It’s also equipped with about everything you’d need. We forgot beach towels so it was nice they had those for us to use.

This place met our expectations and more! Comfortable king bed and pillows (even though kinda tight fit for room size), low elevation with clear view of beach, easy access to beach and pool, well supplied kitchenwares, great gym equipment available (even though we didn’t use it), 2 bathrooms provided ample space to spread “stuff” out, and beach umbrella/chairs were nice perk. Ready to rebook as this is our new go to spot!

We loved our stay at Pelican Isle. It was so nice and quiet. The proximity to the beach was fantastic with small children. The beach wasn't packed at all and the beach service that comes with the room was a great benefit. The bed was super comfortable and the washer and dryer in the unit was a must have. The bathrooms were stocked with plenty of towels and any extras you may need. The only thing missing for our stay was salt and pepper. I couldn't locate any even after reading that it was available on the description. The only other downfall to our stay was slow drainage. The water pressure is GREAT, but makes for very slow draining. All in all, the price and view cannot be beat! We are so glad we went with Bobby's place and would definitely book again!

This was a last minute booking we did as we were switching from another air bnb and we were so happy here! This condo is beautiful, great location, super clean and the coffee beans, toiletry items, little “starter” packs were so helpful. Especially having 2 little kids it was great not having to immediately go out and get anything. Definitely recommend and definitely will be booking again in the future.
