Everything was like the pictures. Close to the beach. The first showers the water came out black. Maybe it hadn't been used in a while....not sure. The shower head was really weak with not much pressure in the room with king bed. Other than that, it was a great convenient place to stay. We paid extra to check in early as our flight was early and that was easy to do. Thank you so much!

Our stay at Bobby's place was great. Everything was perfect and the beds were very comfy. Would stay again!

Such a wonderful condo for a family getaway! We had a great time and made so many memories!

We loved our weekend stay here! It was very clean and there were many nice touches left around the unit. Staff at the building were also very friendly. Would definitely stay again.

Bobby, the host, was great to work with in getting the condo booked. The staff at the condominium, was friendly and very helpful. My family loved the place. The pool and hot tub were very clean.

It was great.

We have stayed in this beautiful unit many, many times over the years. We love the ability to use the stairs near the door. The unit comes so well stocked and it’s perfect.

Great all the way around, will definitely try and book with this company and this unit again. Worked out great for our family!

Great location, great condo. Awesome time

The condo was clean roomy and well stocked. The support staff was. Eye friendly. I would rent from them again

Had great time

Great facilities, the master bedroom bed was very firm. Really enjoyed our visit.

Absolutely great place! So clean! Kitchen fully stocked with kitchenware! Layout is great with plenty of seating! It just needs new mattresses! King size bed had a ditch on one side and a ski slope on the other! The queen is just soft. But would recommend completely. Easy fix!

Beautiful beach, nice condos with great pool and hot tub. Rented the pontoon boat and had a blast.

Great stay as usual (3rd or 4th time in this unit). Thanks!!!

Overall, we were pleased with the condo. It was clean, had the essentials, and was close to the beach.

Unit is exactly as described. Perfect for our family of 7. Clean, close to the beach, comfy beds.

Owner does the little things right like providing enough supplies to cover the rental duration and including some things like beach service other units do not have. Unit was clean and well stocked, and if the beds were a little more comfortable, we might have never left. Five stars across the board.

Clean unit. Comfy beds.

We had a group of 50+ family members staying at Pelican Isle and everyone had a great experience! The units were clean and the Kimberly Lang was phenomenal on communication! We will definitely be back!

Great condo, beach and pool.

Definitely pleased with the stay, the housekeeping could use just a tad of attention but nothing major. The pool needed maintenance while we were there but it was done very quickly and communicated in advance. Not overcrowded. One of our most pleasant stays in the area yet. Will be returning for sure!

I have been booking through Kimberly Lang since 2020-I have loved every property I’ve stayed in with them. Always satisfied with cleanliness of each unit along with being stocked with supplies.

My son and myself thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Nice bedding everything was clean. Enjoyed ocean front room. Overall it was great!7

We have stayed in this condo for the past 2 years. It is everything you want in a vacation home. The location is perfect, beach front and close to so many great restaurants.

Year after year you guys provide a quality stay. Thanks.

We had fun! Our grandson had the time of his life!

We had fun and did as much as we could before the rain came in and canceled a few of our planned outings! My grandson that is 15 only wanted to go on the fishing putting! I hated that we had not booked it earlier in the week! The storms didn’t let up and re did not have time to rebook!

I loved everything about this condo! Beds were comfortable, everything we needed for cooking meals, LOTS of towels, 8 beach towels, beautiful decor, very spacious, everything was great! Communication was great so I would definitely rent this unit again!

I loved everything about this condo! Beds were comfortable, everything we needed for cooking meals, LOTS of towels, 8 beach towels, beautiful decor, very spacious, everything was great! The only reason I didn't give 5 stars on cleanliness is due to outdoor furniture had debris left on it... a used q-tip and a foil seal from a bottle. So obviously the furniture wasn't wiped down either. But communication was great so I would definitely rent this unit again!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay perfect location, condo very clean and stocked very well. Beach was not overcrowded like many other places we have stayed. Great area to stay. Property management and owners were always available when needed. We will return. Thank you for an awesome stay.

We have stayed in this condo for the past 2 years. It is everything you want in a vacation home. The location is perfect, beach front and close to so many great restaurants. Unfortunately, we will not be returning next year due the increasing costs.

Super close to the beach, get two beach chairs with the room, and nice people! Will definitely come again!

Property just as described, no issues.

Absolutely love booking through Kimberly Lang Vacation Rentals.. always clean, great location and every basic amenity available! Excellent vacation!

Always happy when I went from Kim Lang Vacation Rentals. Thanks again!

This is the third time in this particular unit. It was clean and in good repair as always. Okaloosa is our favorite vacation spot. Will be booking again for next summer

We really enjoyed our stay at Pelican Isle in Okaloosa Island Fort Walton Beach. Everything was clean and there were plenty of beach towels and linens. The location is excellent and it is a family-friendly place. I would recommend taking a ride down to the pier, walking out over the water on a late evening, and for somewhere to go eat we enjoyed The Shack seafood restaurant.

Perfect. Very clean, comfortable and we had everything we needed. Appreciate the supplies that were available. Beautiful views, perfect location, quiet area. Exactly what we needed.

Perfect!

Nice quiet spot!

Our unit was probably better than described. Super roomy and well equipped. The only criticism I have is the living room furniture needs to be replaced. It is more than functional, but definitely well used. We would definitely stay here again.

Condo was beautiful, location was perfect. It was well equipped and super clean.

Can't go wrong

We had a great time. Enjoyed beautiful beach time and it wasn’t too crowded. Unit was clean. It was nice to have the beach towels provided. Beds were comfortable. Balcony was perfect.

We had a wonderful time. The condo was exactly as described, clean and comfortable. Pelican Isle is beautiful and well maintained condominium. Everyone was helpful and very accommodating. We are looking forward to our next visit.

We had a wonderful vacation at this condo. Everything that we needed was provided, very clean and the beds were comfortable. All in all, we were very pleased and plan on returning again.

5 Stars

Excellent!

Very pleased with property mgmt the door key code did not work but I was contacted within 10 mins of sending msg for assistance. Condo was very neat & tidy, beautiful view, easy access to beach & parking.

Sitting on the balcony each day enjoying the beautiful sunrise…such a lovely experience! Great location for sun and sand. Loved yhe beach service each day.

Great

We loved the condo! Steps to the beach, great walking neighborhood! Definitely go back!

Every year we go to the beach for Labor Day weekend and stay somewhere different each year. This year was by far the best year! Our room was the perfect location!! The room is on the end right next to the trash chute, 1 flight of stairs, next to the bbq pits and above the parking spot reserved for us. The room was clean and cozy for us and we enjoyed the 3 balconies. We are already trying to reserve this exact room for next year as we are walking out of the door. Check in and check out is easy and communicating with the owner is very fast and efficient. She answers any questions almost instantly. Definitely recommend for your next stay!!

Excellent stay Loved them 3 balconies and amazing views I want to say special thanks to Michele for coming to my rescue me in a couple situations. Will be making reservations for future stay.

All around very relaxing and beautiful views Love love love will be going back for sure I had a Couple of issues on my part and they were amazing with help to me Especially Michele was absolutely great and went out of her way Me and my family will be back for sure

Overall it was a great stay. The view of the ocean was amazing with a short walk to the beach. There was plenty of room in the condo. The pool was on the small side and only held 25 people max. The kids still enjoyed it some. The king bed was very firm, but I like a firm mattress so it was a plus for me! We would definitely stay again.

Really lovely views from the balconies. One note, the trash instructions are not accurate. There is a garbage chute in the hall outside the unit

Love it here!

Perfect location right on the beach! Beautiful!

This unit is a strong recommend from me. It has three lovely balconies with solid views, it is just over a dune from the beach, and it was well stocked and maintained.

10/10

We have stayed in this specific condo for four years in a row. We love this spot! Thank you!

5 Stars

Price was cheaper than any other place I looked at for the time of year very clean and the views from the balconies were gorgeous

Really enjoyed our stay and a very nice place

This unit was perfect… location was great and it was super clean. I will definitely book again in the future!

Lovely. And excellent. Great service by Kimberly Lang!

5 Stars

The property was extremely clean and well stocked. Great location with beautiful view and quick beach access- enjoyed our stay very much!

We had a wonderful time. The condo was on the gulf coast beach and beautiful! We spent every night on the balcony just listening to the waves and watching the ocean and moon. It was so relaxing! I highly recommend!

We had an amazing stay - the property was so clean and well stocked too. We could tell this agency took pride in the property by how well it was kept. We had a great view and beach access. We will definitely be back, thank you!

My sister-in-law and and I along with our daughters booked this condo for a mother daughter beach trip. The condo was excellent! Very clean, up to date, anything we needed to use was available and working properly. Plenty of pillows, towels, space. Only thing I would have liked to been made more clear about was the amount of people on the beach. In the listing it seemed like there were not many multistory condos around but there was. But even with the amount of people, we had a great trip!

We loved the condo! No problems with anything. It was throughly stocked with anything we needed and everything was clean, comfortable, and working properly. The corner unit made for a beautiful view with the sliding glass doors on 2 walls, and easy access in and out of the building. We stayed Memorial Day weekend and it was very crowded so I’m not sure how it is regularly, but even with all the people, we had a great time.

Everything was good, would return again

This is a well furnished and clean property. Beds were comfortable and the condo came stocked with toiletries and cleaning supplies. The condo is also located close to the elevator and a stairwell that leads out to the beach. We will be staying here again as our family of five had an amazing stay here.

We’ve been staying here for years. The condo has great space for our family of four and we love the quiet beach.

The condo was amazing and perfect for our family. It has plenty of room and it was nice to have a kitchen. The view from the balcony and the location were absolutely incredible! It was really nice to have supplies available (paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher soap, cleaning supplies, laundry detergent, etc.)all provided. Two beach chairs were also included! We didn’t want to leave and will book again if we come back to Fort Walton!

Perfectly sized place in a good location for some relaxation.

Great response and resolution of concerns from management co.

Great place near the beach, decent location for the Rental price.

Nicely-equipped and tastefully-decorated unit with lots of extras you usually have to bring yourself (Coffee, Kuerig cups, Paper products (paper towels, TP, napkins), dish washer soap, washing machine soap, soaps and shampoos in both bathrooms, Boogie Board, Children's beach toys, Beach Towels, etc.). Unit also came with its own parking spot under the building and 1 umbrella and 2 beach chairs on the managed chair area of the beach. Great First Floor (1 above the ground floor) view from the balcony of the Gulf, Dunes, Crossover to the Beach, & Palm Trees. High Balcony Chairs and half-table were a great place to enjoy coffee and breakfast in the morning and relax during the day. Inside, a solid wooden table sat six and was a great place to eat (especially Stewby's Seafood which we ate 3 days in a row) and play games with our family. Well-appointed kitchen with newer Refrigerator/Freezer with Ice Maker & Water Dispenser, Stove, Microwave, and Dishwasher. 2 heavily used rocking chairs in the living area were fairly comfortable but hard to get out of. The sofa, which sat 3 tightly was very squishy and could use new foam in its cushions. There were 2 bar chairs but they were more in the way than useful. Instead, an extra chair or two or larger sofa would have made the living room more optimal. The TV and Cox Cable offered over 100 channels of entertainment. The best part of the living room is the view from the corner windows on two sides which face the gulf! Newer stacked washer and drier worked well. Bunk beds in hall were ample for our boys. The King and Queen beds in the two bedrooms were very comfortable with plenty of pillows and linens. Nice storage areas in the closets. Both bathrooms were very nice, especially the big tub/shower in the front bathroom. However, we couldn't use the tub since there was no stopper. Cox internet worked fast and handled multiple users at one time. AC units blew strong and kept the Unit cool and comfortable. Due to recent hurricane damage, we were not allowed to use the hot tub or exercise room which were closed to users. Though a shower-off/water area are provided for hosing off after going to the beach, they are not located close to the beach crossover but are centrally located near the pool instead. Check-in was 4 p.m. and Check-out was 10 a.m. I wish we could have had a little later check-out, maybe Noon or 1. We definitely enjoyed ourselves and will consider coming here again in the future.

We were amazed at how big this place was for the price. Stayed here with my husband and our two little kids. Loved having the corner unit right next to the beach access. We also loved the extra beach towels, kitchen/bath amenities and kid toys. Perfect for our family. We will be staying here again.

My sister flew into Destin and we drove down to meet her for the weekend. This condo's in an excellent location on the first floor, right next to the stairs where you go down to the beach walkway. There was plenty of space for all of us. We used to hide a bed for the two oldest boys and it was easy to pull out and put away every night, a newer kind of hide a bed couch. We had the best weekend and were all very comfortable.

My third time staying in this condo, and I will be returning!

The listing online said no children allowed and when I tried to message the owner I got no response, but did eventually speak to someone who confirmed it was a mistake that they were unable to fix. I never recieved an email with check in instructions, so when I got there looked for an office and there was not one. Fortunately there was an after hours line I was able to call who got me into the unit. It was very clean as described, nice decor, but could use some minor repairs/updating. The hallway toilet was unsteady, the first bedroom jetted tub was unusable because the drain was missing, and the paint and trim could use some attention throughout. Furniture/beds were comfortable, but it gets extremely warm in the queen bedroom. Would be nice to have a tv or tvs for the hall bunk beds. Was disappointed that the listing said it included beach toys but there were only a couple of plastic shovels, a bucket with a hole in it, and a boogie board that was broken. The extra beach chairs were nice in addition to the complimentary beach service. Loved that towels and plenty of linens were available as well as plenty of toilet paper. Also appreciated the extra ice trays for filling up cooler. The unit was nice and spacious, but seemed overpriced compared to what we usually pay. The balcony was big and and condo was convenient to the parking and beach being corner unit of first floor. More of a disappointment in the amenities than the condo itself. The pool needs more lounge chairs and space alongside the pool. And the walkway to the beach from the condo needs to be rebuilt without stairs if possible. Super difficult to tote wagon up and down with beach gear. We were thankful to be able to ind something last minute to getaway for a few days. It rained a lot, but we did get some sunshine in between. The white sand beach was pretty and clean. The water had a lot of algae, but we still got in and played in it. Would have also loved to had a volley ball net nearby. While it was fairly convenient to attractions shopping and dining in Destin, will probably not come back to this part of Florida. If we do, we will plan a little better to hopefully have more choices and be more selective with amenities and price.
