From the moment we walked into this cute condo, we felt right at home. The pictures don’t give the view of the beach and water justice. Fully equipped kitchen. Wonderful to have beach service for chairs and umbrella. The weather was amazing, the complex is quiet and felt very safe. We loved the view and the condo so much we booked an extra night. We can’t wait to book another visit. The condo is on the 3rd floor with amazing views, so be prepared to carry everything 3 floors up, but well worth the stairs.

We had a wonderful stay. There were a couple minor issues when we first arrived, but Bobby was very responsive and corrected it immediately. The place had everything you needed to feel right at home. The view was amazing and we loved the beach set up service. We will definitely stay here again.

My husband and I went there for my birthday to getaway. The place was nice and clean. The living area and kitchen were nice and open, but the floors were a bit dirty. Bed was comfortable, but sheets would not stay on the bed. A deep sheet set for that box spring would be much better. We appreciated the extra bath towels, kitchen towels and cleaning supplies. Kitchen was stocked with everything you needed. So thankful for the coffee filters as we forgot to bring some. They have a tiny TV in the living room and a very nice large one in the bedroom. I think they should swap them. It would be nice to watch TV in the living room area. The view was amazing! Being on the third floor was great, except the fact that there’s no elevator, so make sure you don’t overpack your ice chest and bags like we did! The beach was a short walk and the chairs and umbrella were a plus! . Overall our stay here was very nice.

We had a great time at Island Sands! Everything in the home was very clean. The view from the balcony is absolutely beautiful and the beach was walking distance with beach service included. The host is super friendly as well and was very helpful with check in/out details.
