We had a great stay! Perfect location on the beach, very easy to access, lots of restaurants close by. The condo had everything we needed. Providing beach towels and the chairs on the beach were a huge bonus. We would definitely love to stay here again.

The beach view is marvelous. That alone is worth it. The island is quite and not crowded. The beach is clean and easy to access and the beach service excellent.Although an older property, it is very clean and well maintained. The unit’s furnishings are adequate but uninspiring. The bathroom is small, and one may find the tub somewhat cramped.The linens are good quality, and the host very responsive. For a good variety of food, we often dined in Destin.It is a non-smoking unit but the overall property is not. We frequently encountered the smell of burning tobacco while enjoying the balcony over looking the gulf. This could be an issue for people sensitive to smoke.Overall, it is a good stay and we’re apt to return.

We like that all the appliances made and easy stay like a home away from home. Little welcome package with Coffee was a pleasant surprise. Bed was very comfortable. Pull out couch not so much but in an a pinch for our children did fine, for the occasion. Favorite thing about the stay was the balcony with a beautiful rustic table and chairs. Thanks, Bobby!!! We plan to come see you again in the future.

Great location, the apartment has a wonderful beach/sea view. Very easy access to the beach and the pool. The apartment is really comfortable. The kitchen is very well equipped, exceeds the description. We decided not to go to the local restaurants and we felt like home, with all the necessities to cook complete meals and eat on the balcony with that splendid view! Bobby is a great host and answered all our questions timely and thoroughly. I strongly recommend Bobby’s place!

Amazing stay, wish it was longer, hopefully we can come stay again!

Positive: I loved everything! I loved the location, the beach, the pool. Everything was amazing and it fit our 4 people comfortably! And seeing dolphins swimming right off the beach in the morning was awesome! Negative: The only thing I didn't like was the patio chairs were hard and uncomfortable but I put a folded towel on the seat and it was fine
