• Additional: By booking with The Beach Weekend, you and your party agree to obey and follow all the rules and restrictions that apply on the premises, as well as any legal rules and regulations by the local law enforcement agency and the State of Florida. If this agreement is not met the vacationer will be responsible for all fee(s) and will vacate the property. 1. Pets - are allowed AND must be notated in the reservation prior to your arrival. Service animals must remain with the owner at all times and never left alone in the property. Florida Law §35.136 Service dogs are allowed at all parks and beaches. The State of Florida does NOT recognize emotional support animals as service animals. 2. No Smoking or Vaping in the house 3. No Parties or Events 4. Quiet hours are from 9 p.m. - 7 a.m. 5. No glass or water balloons in or around the pool deck 6. Only the number of guests noted in the reservation are allowed at the premises. Any extra visitors must be approved beforehand. 7. No guests are to arrive to the property prior to 4 p.m. unless authorized by someone from the management team.
