Huge place, very close to the beach.

The house was great; great location. Our family travels to Okaloosa Island every year, we love it there. We had a fire alarm that would go off intermittently in one of the top floor bedrooms. It went off in the middle of the night the first night we were there. Contacted the host and never heard anything back. Seemed like they didn’t have any concern for our safety during our stay. We ended up moving the kids out of that room, shutting the door, and putting towels under the door to block the sound of the faulty fire alarm. The fire alarm was not a chirping low battery noise, it was a full on alarm and very loud.

We decided to do a destination Thanksgiving this year and Bobby’s place was a perfect choice. The house could accommodate our entire group with plenty of indoor and outdoor spaces. The photos and description are spot on, and the location is excellent. Quality upgraded appliances, comfortable furniture and ample private parking. Major grocery store and pharmacy, restaurants, cafes, bars, coffee shops and beach shops close by AND 2 blocks from beach access. Bobby’s team were quick to respond to any and all quiries. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

We had four families stay at the house and there was plenty of space for everyone. The kids loved the pool and the hot tub. The location is incredibly walkable to the beach and several restaurants. There is also a mini golf place right across the street and the older kids took in a few rounds after a day at the beach. Bobby and team were very responsive to any question we had or issue we ran into. 10/10 experience staying here - will definitely be back!

Beautiful home, comfortably and nicely furnished for our large party. They were very attentive to any needs we had. We really enjoyed having two dishwashers. Everything was very clean and felt new. Highly recommend this house!

We had a wonderful stay during our spring break vacation! The house was spacious and easily accommodated our group’s needs, with plenty of comfortable sleeping options for everyone. The layout is great and the beds were very cozy.Location wise, it’s hard to beat. There are great restaurants within walking distance and the beach is literally right across the street. Publix is less than a mile away, making grocery runs super convenient and it’s easy to explore Destin and Navarre Beach sides. Do be aware that traffic in that area can get heavy at times, but that’s typical when vacationing on Florida’s barrier islands. The property manager was excellent and quick to respond, very friendly and easy to work with. As for the house itself, our only wish was for more complete kitchen amenities. While the house looks like something out of a chef’s dream (even with an Italian brand oven/cooktop), it was lacking in basic cookware and essentials. The pans were worn out and no basics like spices, salt/pepper, etc. It would be a big plus to have access to staple items. The pool and hot tub were highlights and we used them daily, even after being at the beach. I highly recommend opting for the additional fee to have them heating in colder months. It was totally worth it for us! The house was very clean upon arrival, but I did rate cleanliness 4 stars out of 5 due to the visible staining on the light colored living room furniture. It wasn’t a deal breaker for us, but worth mentioning.

We had a party of 16 stay at 208 angelfish for a week and it was a wonderful experience! It was very comfortable and spacious for us. The kids played in the pool and hot tub daily and we easily walked the 5 minutes to the beach every day. The kids were also obsessed with the mini golf course across the street. Grocery store/convenient stores are nearby and of course an Alvin’s! Bobby was easy to communicate with and provided great recommendations that we asked about. We would definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed staying here. It was very clean and roomy. The location is great as well. I will mention there are a lot of stairs to climb. To get to the top floor from the ground floor is a total of 55 stairs. The house is very new and up to date with a pool and a hot tub as a nice bonus. I will mention that there are no included amenities for going to the beach, ie chairs, umbrellas, mats, toys. It seems that most of the time when we rent a place that is close to the beach, these things are included. Also they do not include any shampoo, conditioner, lotion, or body wash. We had to go out of our way to get these items. We stay in a lot of short term rentals and this is the first time these basics were not included. Not the end of the world, but something to mention for sure. Overall it is a great place that can accomodate a large group without feeling cramped. The decks on every level are really nice as well. Definitely recommend!

Great place for families. Lots of stairs.

We stayed at Angelfish with a total of 16 people and had plenty of room and beds. Short walk to the beach and plenty of restaurants walking distance. Pool was good size for us as well.

We had a wonderful stay at the Angelfish property. The location was perfect. We liked being super close to the beach with just a short walk. We also liked having a small convenience store and restaurants near by that we could walk to. There is a putt putt golf and ice cream directly across the street. We didn’t even need to rent a golf cart this year as we usually do on our yearly vacations . We had many options for bedrooms. There are 2 bunk rooms that our kids loved. We had plenty of space to sprawl out. We liked having an open concept kitchen/ Living room area. I would suggest more kitchen washcloths and towels, bowls, pots and pans, etc. We loved having 2 dishwashers! There isn’t a gas grill either. Just a charcoal grill down by the pool that we never used. We LOVED the pool and hot tub and used it every chance we could. We had it heated all week and it was wonderful. We did have some hiccups when we arrived. One of the pocket doors to a bathroom on the 2nd floor was off the tracks, the digital face of the microwave was hanging by a wire, and the 3rd floor bedroom door also didn’t close tightly. After reaching out to Callie ( she was amazing) she assured us someone would be there to fix everything. It was a few days, since Easter fell the day after the call. No big deal. They came and made things right. If you dislike climbing stairs- this is NOT the place for you. Thankfully our large families didn’t mind. We would recommend this property and definitely stay again!

This property was Accommodating… spacious everything… bedrooms, bathrooms, gathering spaces, pool area! Six Master bedrooms! Walking distance to several restaurants! Would stay again!

Great property with plenty of room for large groups. Loved having baths attached to all the (king) bedrooms. The beds were actually comfortable and the home is well furnished. (Having 2 dishwashers was clutch!) The home is walking distance to the beach and numerous restaurants. The heated pool and hot tub saved us on the cooler days of our trip when the beach wasn’t happening. We loved our time here and would definitely stay here again!

My large family of 18 had a wonderful time at this large beautiful home. Everyone had more than enough space. We loved the house so much that we spent the majority of our vacation at the pool and the hot our hosts were very attentive, helpful and responsive to every question or concern we had.Although the area is under construction it is lovely and there is a lot to do. The beach is within walking distance and the waters are calm clear and absolutely beautiful. I would 100% recommend staying here.

The location of the house is convenient, making it an ideal choice for us. The house has enough rooms to accommodate multiple families, which is import for us. We particularly like the large kitchen, equipped with two dishwashers and a gas stove. These features make meal preparation and cleanup easy for everyone.

Our group loved the pool and spa! It was so nice to come back after a few hours at the beach and relax at the pool. Perfect size and very clean! The whole outside area was superb. House is beautiful and really enjoyed our stay there! Beach access is close enough to walk. Putt putt golf across the street. Restaurants within walking distance! Overall, a lovely place.

Fantastic stay! Very helpful and responsive hosts- Beautiful House. The space: For an extended family trip with 10 adults, 5 children and an infant- we had plenty of space where we each had the privacy of our own rooms or bunkrooms, balconies on each floor and even a second living room area. Having an extra mini fridge for all of our drinks was very convenient. The pool area was amazing. The location: Wonderful location with an easy walk to the beach. We LOVED being right there next to Stewbys and ate there several times- meal planning with multiple families made easy! Several other restaurants within walking distance. Easy drive to Destin for the restaurants/activities, but were pleasantly surprised at how quiet and uncrowded the beach was here. There was plenty of parking all week at the public beach access. Tips: Get the hot tub option! After one cloudy day with the breeze we decided to get it. We rented a golf cart beforehand but wouldn't again... not really needed.

Perfect location (especially for those needing to be near the convention center), walkable to beach, several restaurants and putt putt. A wonderful property for the multiple families we had. Each family felt they had plenty of space, comfortable beds and areas for the kids to play. The pool area was our favorite spot of the week. We were even able to view fireworks one night from the top balcony! Would definitely stay here again! Owners were very responsive - thanks again!!

The actual rental was better than the pictures. EVERYTHING was perfect and my family of 11 enjoyed Christmas. We had plenty of space, room for games and private time. I can not wait to return.

Wonderful place to stay near beach, seafood, ice cream and put put. Bobby and Callie were prompt and helpful with anything we needed. The house provided many necessities and kitchen supplies. We especially loved the backyard and private pool/hot tub. Will be staying here again!!!
