We arrived the day after a hurricane

Angelina Fung

We arrived the day after a hurricane. We had a wedding to attend the next day. Electricity in town was very hit or miss and the original condo we booked had to cancel our reservation. Bobby was quick to respond considering everything going on with the storm. We had an issue with the hot water heater and he sent his maintenance over to fix it right away. We enjoyed the spacious layout of the home.

The house; gorgeous

Brian Bowins

The house; gorgeous. The location; perfect. The only issue was there was not hot water in the house. However, we were here on a work trip and, to be perfectly fair, we didn’t have a chance to communicate that until the day we checked out. Also, we left a day early because of a hurricane and evacuation of Okaloosa island, but I don’t think there is a refund for that. So be it. I still highly recommend the place because it is beautiful, spacious, and well kept. No doubt the hot water will be fixed by the time you book!

This place was awesome!!!!! Excellent to everywhere!!!!

This place is very spacious and great for a large group

TINA BROSH

This place is very spacious and great for a large group. You do have to walk across a street to get to the beach and there is not a beach view from the house. There is plenty of parking and some fun places to walk to from your house. The outside grill is a little small for a crowd and took awhile for the coals to get hot since there was no ventilation in the grill on the sides or underneath. The pool was clean and a nice size which our group really enjoyed. Overall I would probably stay there again.

We really enjoyed our stay. the accomodations were very nice. we had 10 adults and 5 children and everyone was very comfortable. The only suggestion I have is that it could use 2 refrigerators in the main kitchen. The host was very attentive. we would stay there again.
